Gerry "Pinocchio" Adams

Well the funny season has well and truly arrived! New Labour have decided that PIRA and Sinn Fein who are "inextricably linked" can only ride one horse. They must either ride the horse called democracy or the horse called violence. I assume they will choose the horse called democracy. Gerry Adams (who has decided to remain a British citizen) will stand in front of the cameras and say that their part of the republican movement (a sectarian organisation) will ride the democracy horse owned by Tony Blair and trained by Bertie Ahern. Sponsored of course by the old US of A. The world will believe them and everyone will be happy again or will we?

Gerry Adams is a liar. Gerry Adams has stated more than once that he has never been a member of the Provisional IRA. He is a liar. Of course Gerry Adams is/was a member of a killing machine that has been responsible for the murders of babies, children, men, women, catholics and protestants. In addition republican death squads have left thousands with horrific injuries which the victims have endured with great dignity. Gerry Adams could not participate in any truth commission as he cannot tell the truth. Everyone in Northern Ireland knows that he was and probably is still a member of that killing machine that represents "mother Ireland." PIRA have been on ceasefire for years now that's why they have murdered people, shot people and continued their punishment beatings. In addition they have orchestrated a campaign of violence in what are now known as interface areas to force the "Brits out." PIRA have never been on ceasefire but they have been in Government. The question that Adams must answer when he states that PIRA is on the horse of democracy is why should the people of Northern Ireland believe him? It might help if he started telling the truth and told the world that he is/was a member of PIRA and that he was responsible for murder and some of the worst atrocities this small country has ever known. That at least that would be a start.

Loyalist Day of Action - 5th October - London, England

A rally was held in London on the above date to highlight to Londoners, tourists and our Prime Minister the plight of Loyalists living in the interface areas. The rally was organised by the British Ulster Alliance. Despite provocation from a rag tag band of rebels the parade and rally passed by without a hitch. Through the generosity of people from East Belfast 3 people representing Cluan Place took part in the rally and a resident delivered a letter to 10 Downing Street. The whole event including the social side was a success.

The republican press of course tried their best to ensure that the rally would not be trouble free. The South Belfast News (representing all the community - as long as you're a republican/nationalist) carried an interesting article. In that article the author who remained anonymous (surprise, surprise) demonised the organisers of the parade by calling them Nazi, goose stepping thugs. The author said that the parade was timed to coincide with the Rangers - Celtic match in an attempt to stoke up hatred and that the residents were opposed to it. The article of course was inaccurate. Rangers played Celtic on the 6th October and not the 5th. Also there are no residents in Whitehall apart from Blair and Brown and they are hardly there. Also in a discussion with a researcher (of the South Belfast News, Ciaran Barnes) for the article I was promised a copy of proof that the organisers were Nazi's and a copy of the article itself (so that I didn't have to buy a copy). The researcher failed to send me the proof that the BUA are Nazi's, so I can only assume he had no proof and that the claims by the anonymous writer were false.
Now why let the truth get in the way of a "good republican story." It is clear to me that the author and Adams went to the same school for those who are economical with the truth. The Republican News (RN) also carried articles before and after of the rally. In their after rally report the RN said that someone pretending to be a resident of Cluan Place delivered a letter. I have some bad news for RN the letter was delivered to Downing Street by a resident. I know the resident. But why tell the truth when you do not want your readers to know the truth.

The whole republican propaganda machine whether it be the RN, South Belfast News or the other media organisations tell so many lies, certainly in relation to the trouble on interface areas. Take a recent news bulletin on BBC Northern Ireland. It quoted Sinn Fein that there was trouble in the Short Strand area and that Loyalists had thrown petrol bombs at their neighbours across the peace line. Did the BBC check with the police or Loyalist representatives - did they f***! I listened to an Inspector of the PSNI issue a statement to the press that night when he confirmed that nothing had been thrown from Cluan Place. So the BBC join the list of liars.
